The forms of art considered erudite are gloriously applauded by a social niche in which one believes in the consumption of a "culture of quality" being directly proportional to the purchasing power. There is a great shock and especially a certain difficulty of acceptance when this class faces urban art, which is out there, outside the great museums and concert halls, to be seen, heard and experienced by anyone who wishes to do so, regardless of their power consumption. Dirty, inconvenient and insipid, the street arts have long been ignored and their teaching and learning marginalized, moving away from the academies of art those who are not even considered artists. Still, hip hop culture, leader and mother of the urban arts, resists and grows, continuing with its focus on empowering the oppressed classes and giving value to the black culture. The Bambaataa - House of Hip hop Culture, stands as an alternative so that the practitioners of this cultural way no longer have to choose between paying expensive schools and having a quality education.
