Eficácia da reabilitação cardíaca domiciliar com mHealth através das funcionalidades do smartphone: um protocolo de revisão sistemática. 2021. 29f. Trabalho de conclusão de curso (graduação de fisioterapia) - Departamento de fisioterapia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2021.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/35949Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of mortality worldwide. The chronicity of these diseases requires support for managing symptoms and improving prognosis. Home cardiac rehabilitation is a viable intervention for this purpose because it requires the patient’s self-management skills in relation to secondary prevention, aiming at a sustainable behavioral change. The smartphone is a mHealth technology with the potential to provide modalities for this intervention. This systematic review aims to examine these modalities, identify which one is most effective to promote improvement in exercise capacity, quality of life and adherence of patients. Methods: For this systematic review protocol, we will consider controlled and randomized clinical trials (1994 to date), with an adult population with heart failure, eligible for home cardiac rehabilitation (mHealth). Studies in English, Spanish or Portuguese will be included, with an intervention group that used mobile applications specific to cardiac rehabilitation or smartphone-based functionalities, compared to a traditional cardiac rehabilitation control group. The search for studies will be carried out in the databases MEDLINE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBASE, LILACS, Pedro, grey literature, observation in ongoing or recently completed study sites. The texts will be sorted and selected according to predefined eligibility criteria, the data will be extracted and the risk of bias analysed. If appropriate, we will use the synthesis in meta-analysis. Conclusion: The analysis of the literature will synthesize strategies that will allow to guide projects in a smarter way, with economy of resources, through the technology of mobile phones.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/mHealthsmartphoneReabilitação CardíacaAplicativos MóveisCardiopatiasEficácia da reabilitação cardíaca domiciliar com mHealth através das funcionalidades do smartphone: um protocolo de revisão sistemáticaEfficacy of home-based cardiac rehabilitation with mHealth through smartphone functionality: a systematic review protocolbachelorThesisCiências da Saúde.
