Entrepreneurship, understood as the ability to identify opportunities and transform them into businesses, is an essential factor for the success of new initiatives. In this sense, market research presents itself as a fundamental tool for understanding the profile of consumers, the characteristics of the competition and the demands of the community. The methodology used combines descriptive and exploratory approaches, with data collection carried out through structured online interviews. The survey results indicate that the strategic location of the future drugstore, close to the local hospital, is a positive aspect, as many consumers value the proximity between pharmacies and healthcare units. The research also points to a demand for non-continuous medications, such as analgesics and anti-inflammatories, in addition to a great interest in complementary services, such as pharmaceutical guidance and measurement of vital parameters. The research also reveals that factors such as competitive price, convenience and quality service are decisive for the success of the enterprise.
