From the study it was possible to identify the following types leadership: transformational leadership, coaching, dialogical, empowering and participatory. In general, it was observed that regardless of the use of a specific leadership model, in most of them there is an emphasis on continuing education, which is presented as a very relevant aspect, considering that to coordinate a team it is important to have technique to develop it with greater success, and also highlight communication, one of the pillars that supports the team and the organization, as it is responsible for the institution's synchrony in all processes.
