The research highlights digital literacy as an indispensable tool for social inclusion and the full exercise of citizenship. The methodology adopted involved the application of a questionnaire with nine EJA students, aiming to identify their familiarity with technology, the difficulties faced, and their expectations regarding the use of digital resources in learning. The results indicated that, although students recognize the relevance of technology for their personal and professional lives, they face barriers such as time constraints and difficulties in reading and writing.
