To this end, the research used the dialectical materialist method, based on a bibliographical review of authors such as Federici (2004), Michel Foucault (1988), Lélia Gonzalez (1979), Cisne and Santos (2018), and studies on teenage pregnancy and early motherhood, as well as a survey of quantitative secondary data, with the aim of analyzing the social phenomena surrounding the history of the control of female bodies and sexuality, as well as the violations of women's rights, especially those of socioeconomically vulnerable adolescents, including sexual and reproductive rights, which result in the reproduction of early motherhood in the state of RN due to the perpetuation of cycles of gender, class and race inequalities. The results indicate that adolescents who experience teenage pregnancy and early motherhood constitute a heterogeneous group, requiring their own strategies for sexual education and reproductive planning actions. Reinforces the need for intersectoral articulation and action of public policies to guarantee the prevention of teenage pregnancy, going beyond sexual education, but having it as a key element; and, in the case of early motherhood, to preserve the life projects of adolescents in this condition.
