Innovative companies, more famous as Startups, have the mission of using all the technological resources and qualified manpower to develop solutions that solve the problems of older organizations. In the wake of Startups, entrepreneurship, these with a forward thinking, victorious from other companies and better performance in existing processes, products or services. As fitness centers, there is another source of help to leverage start-up businesses and areas, a way to solve customer engagement and customer loyalty issues. Therefore, consumer satisfaction studies are becoming increasingly relevant today, and processes are discussed on an academic as well as corporate basis. The main development project was a gym management platform, using tools for capturing and relationship with customers and partners, through a system that allows the purchase of a license to use the gyms registered in the platform database. To achieve the proposed objectives, the methodology adopted was qualitative research, with exploratory and descriptive characteristics, seeking to describe the factors that contribute to student dissatisfaction in gyms. The research method used was inductive, verifying the situation of a small academy and, consequently, about their updating and the system of the “Academia Pre´-Pago”.
