This is an integrative literature review, based on the PRISMA-ScR, carried out in the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Excerpta Medica Database (Embase), Web of Science, Scopus (Elsevier) and National Library of Medicine (PubMed), with the descriptors Transgender Persons, Health, Pregnancy, Parturition and Postpartum Period. A final sample of 13 articles was obtained. The survey showed three main axes: lack of knowledge and difficulty of health professionals in understanding the correct gender and pronoun; stigmatization of transgender men, discrimination, homophobia and transphobia; and the stiffening of professionals in the relationship between pregnancy and childbirth and cisgender women.
