The use of technology has contributed significantly to the innovation in the management of administrative processes, while the offer of low code solutions allows the automation of processes conducted autonomously by managers or employees, at a cost that is much more absorbable by the institution. This work diagnosed organizational processes related to the Academic Office of the Santos Dumont Institute (ISD), proposed improvements with the support of the Google Apps Script tool for integration of services, thus promoting innovation with results that mainly impacted the significant reduction of workload, standardization in the issuance of documents and in the speed of response to users. For this, new skills were acquired on programming logic and programming language for the automated integration of spreadsheets, forms, documents and emails, while nine processes were gradually redesigned, tested and implemented. Over two years, more than 500 users, including students, professors, members of the examining board, agents or institutions interested in authenticating documents, were impacted by the new processes, which automatically produced more than 1000 documents such as academic transcripts, declarations, terms of commitment, requirements, minutes and letters of recommendation. Then, an evaluation by the end users of the developed solutions was carried out, contributing to the management of organizational knowledge. These automations turned the processes more electronic, dispensing with the use of paper, eliminating the need for face-to-face attendance, signatures, repetitions and rework in the production of documents, and promoted more immediate flows of information.
