Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the level of effectiveness of the Network of Primary Health Care in the Municipality of Currais Novos/RN. A descriptive / exploratory research with quantitative approach and documental collection procedure was carried out with all 17 Basic Health Units that make up the Network of Primary Attention to Health also known as Primary Care. We analyzed the expenses, the quality of the services rendered and the productivity of the UBS’s for the period from january to june of 2018. The research revealed that the biggest expense of the units is with payroll, the values vary from 87,88% to 99,14% of the total cost of each.
