This crucial moment in the birth of a tourism enterprise requires a complex network of information that needs to be in synergy with the entire team that will operate the hotel equipment. Within this context, the proposal for this course conclusion work presents precepts for the implementation of accommodation facilities with regard to the physical and human dimension of inn, hotel and resort facilities in the Northeast of Brazil.
