Comunidades virais em reservatórios de água doce no semiárido brasileiro: importância e relações com o bacterioplâncton. 2018. 13 f. It was observed that the Viruses were quite representative with prominence for the families Podoviridae, Myoviridae and Siphoviridae, belonging to the Caudovirales order, which constitute tail bacteriophages that infect bacteria and cyanobacteria. The predominance of the Microcystis aeruginosa phage species, which is a phage responsible for the infection of Microcystis aeruginosa, a cyanobacterium that develops toxic blooms on the surfaces of freshwater lakes, confirms that these reservoirs have high rates of Eutrophication.embargoedAccessAttribution 3.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ReservatóriosÁgua doceVírusMetagenômicaCianobactériasComunidades virais em reservatórios de água doce no semiárido brasileiro: importância e relações com o bacterioplânctonViral communities in freshwater reservoirs in the Brazilian semi-arid region: importance and relations with bacterioplanktonbachelorThesis
