During pregnancy, quality prenatal care is essential, and it is the responsibility of Primary Health Care to welcome and treat pregnant women affected by the disease. However, challenges in treatment reinforce the need for health assessments to identify improvements in services and ensure efficacy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Nursing theories support professional practice and assist nurses in decision-making. Objectives: To evaluate the influence of context on the work of PHC professionals in the follow-up of gestational syphilis in light of Betty Neuman's systems theory. Methodology: Scoping review prepared according to the PRISMA-ScR guidelines and the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence Synthesis Manual. The initial search, carried out from September to November 2024, did not limit time or language and used national and international databases: PubMed, Cinahl, Scopus, Web of Science, LILACS, CAPES thesis platform, ERIC, Trove, DART-Europe, EThOS and RCAAP. Two reviewers independently mapped the data with an instrument tested in Microsoft Excel. Results: Thirty-nine articles were included. According to systems theory, 17.95% addressed primary prevention and nursing interventions. Regarding languages, 48.72% were published in English, and 30.77% presented level 3 of scientific evidence. Conclusion: Follow-up of gestational syphilis in PHC is broad, with emphasis on educational actions, social and family stigma, and the need for long-term follow-up.Acesso AbertoAvaliação em saúdeSífilisAtenção primária à saúdeSaúde da mulherEnfermagemInfluência do contexto no seguimento da sífilis gestacional a luz da teoria dos sistemas de Betty Neuman: uma revisão de escopoInfluence of context in the follow-up of gestational syphilis in the light of Betty Neuman's systems theory: a scoping reviewmasterThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM
