Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Fonoaudiologia) - Departamento de Fonoaudiologia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2023.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/57098Speech sound disorder are phonetic-phonological changes that result in gaps in the child's phonological system . This research is an integrative review that aims to analyze which therapy models are most commonly used for phonologically-based speech sound disorders (SST) in Brazil. Methods: A search was carried out for scientific articles and case reports using the descriptors “speech”, “speech therapy” and “phonological disorders” published in the last twenty years, in the Lilacs virtual database, SciElo Portal and CAPES Periodicals, only in Portuguese. Results: 13 valid articles were found for the theoretical framework of this review, which cited the use of 6 therapy models applied to SRT: ABAB-Withdrawal and multiple trials, modified cycles, minimal oppositional pairs, maximal oppositional pairs, modified maximal oppositional pairs, and multiple oppositional pairs. Conclusion: the therapy models most commonly applied to SRT are the contrastive approach, minimal oppositional pairs, maximal oppositional pairs, modified maximal oppositional pairs, and multiple oppositional pairs.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/FalaFonoterapiaTranstorno fonológicoModelos de terapia mais empregados em transtornos dos sons da fala no Brasil: uma revisão integrativaTherapy models most used in speech sound disorders in Brazil: an integrative review.bachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
