Seen that high-impact activities involve increased intra-abdominal pressure and possibly increased vulnerability to urinary incontinence (UI). Therefore, there is a need to investigate the female UI in Crossfit®. Objective: To investigate the female UI in CrossFit® practicing. Materials and methods: this study is an integrative review. Were used experimental studies, with search terms "CrossFit", "urinary incontinence", "high impact sport", "pelvic floor" and their respective translations to english were used. The databases consulted were SciELO and PubMed. Results: 161 matching articles found. Out of these, 10 articles were selected for complete reading and only 2 meet the proposed theme.
