The research seeks to understand how inducers and barriers influence the implementation of entrepreneurship and innovation programs in basic education schools. The ALI Program, which is operated by SEBRAE, aims to foster practices that develop entrepreneurial skills and innovation in the school environment, and involves managers, teachers, and students. The case study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the performance of the ALI Program in schools in the municipality of Currais Novos in the period from 2022 to 2024 through a questionnaire and collective interviews answered by some of the main actors: teachers, managers, and agents who worked on the implementation of the program. The study identifies and analyzes the main facilitators and challenges faced during implementation, proposing strategies to enhance inducers and overcome barriers. In addition to its academic importance, the work is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, such as quality education (SDG 4) and innovation (SDG 9).
