Therefore, it needs to be supported by methodological choices that favor its construction. Given these guidelines brought by MCN, we reach the following question: How does the active educational methodology brought by MCN operate in the training of military police officers in Brazil as a social action? Thus, the objective of this article was to analyze the active educational methodology brought to the MCN in the training of military police officers in Brazil as a social action. Thus, as a methodological approach, an exploratory analysis of the use of active methodologies, brought in the MCN, in the training of military police was taken. In the specific case of this work, this analysis was carried out through a documentary bibliographic research, based on a bibliographic survey. The results obtained suggest that the capitalist production system results in ways of reproducing the modes of production and social behaviors that can be observed within the Repressive State Apparatus as the ebullition operated in the face of the melting of relations in this liquid modernity. The constant social changes require curricular planning of police training and improvement courses regarding the usefulness of police activity in a Democratic State of Law, perfectly possible when based on methodological choices with the use of technologies that favor the construction of new social relations and actions of more reflective police officers.
