One of the very common physiological alterations is the displacement of the center of gravity forward, causing pain in the lumbar spine. Objectives: To analyze the relationship between the perceived intensity of low back pain and functionality and disability in normal-risk pregnant women. Methods: This is a longitudinal cross-sectional study, carried out between February and September 2022. The study population consisted of pregnant women at usual risk, residing in any region of Brazil. The instruments used were an evaluation form prepared by the researchers, Numerical Visual Excava, WHODAS, version with 36 questions, Kolmogorv-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation test or Spearman test, ANOVA One Way test or Kruskal-Wallis test. significance level of P<0.05. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that there is no relationship between functionality and disability and different pain intensities in the pelvic loin complex. In addition, it was observed that low back pain was the most frequent in the sample. However, pelvic pain had a higher percentage of moderate intensity than that observed in the groups with low back pain and pelvic pain.gestaçãodor lombarClassificação Internacional de FuncionalidadeAnálise da relação entre a intensidade percebida da dor lombar e a funcionalidade e deficiência em gestantes de risco habitualAnalysis of the relationship between the perceived intensity of low back pain and the functionality and disability in pregnant women at normal riskbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
