One of the ways to achieve your empowerment, which is the result of the feminist movement, takes place in the business world. Even though there are still many prejudices, women all over the world obtain in the act of undertaking the power to decide matters that impact all spheres to which they are inserted. Given the above, this work aims to expose how entrepreneurship is directly related to female empowerment of women entrepreneurs in the city of Natal / RN. The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the points that will be exposed will contribute and serve to the knowledge of female empowerment in business through entrepreneurship, and its importance for a more egalitarian and fair corporate world.
