In this context, the objective study analyzes the profile of breast cancer mortality in Brazil and its regions, from 2010 to 2020. It is an ecological study, with a time series, carried out from secondary data. The research was conducted in Brazil, from January 2010 to December 2020. The study population covers the deaths of women due to malignant neoplasia of the breast, without age restriction. As a dependent variable, the mortality of women due to breast cancer in Brazil was chosen. As independent variables, there are the years of deaths from 2010 to 2020 and the regions of the country, in addition to age groups, races and marital status. Data were collected in November 2022, in the DATASUS national database. For statistical analysis, the study used Microsoft Excel and Joinpoint. The results of the study show a gradual increase in mortality from breast cancer in all regions of Brazil, except in the Midwest, which demonstrate a slight reduction in cases from 2018, which reached 17.0 and ended at 16. 8 cases per 100,000 women. In Brazil, breast cancer is strongly influenced by the country's regional disparities.
