Aiming to develop a business model, based on the circular economy, for the management of self-made and perishable products in supermarkets. In this way, topics related to production management, planning, reuse and sustainability are taken as a reference, developing a model to be effectively implemented, with standardization and quality. The study will be carried out through the development of two stages: the first, exploratory, which dealt with the review of the theoretical framework and construction of the analysis model; and the second of a analytical nature, which was carried out by collecting data such as sales, losses, productions and utilization rates within the production processes present in two large supermarket chains. The methodology adopted is based on bibliographic studies and study of situations and solutions of field problems, collection of numerical data through the Consinco and SAP system, which after analysis, serve to reasoning and decision making through the established indicators.
