The research employed a qualitative and descriptive approach, using semi-structured interviews with six staff members participating in the program, selected through criterion sampling and maximum variation. Data analysis followed the content analysis technique proposed by Bardin (1977). The results revealed that staff working under a hybrid model perceived benefits such as greater autonomy, better routine organization, and improved work-life balance, while those working in person or without adequate telework infrastructure reported fewer advantages. Positive aspects included flexible schedules and increased task visibility, whereas challenges involved after-hours demands, communication difficulties between departments, and uncertainty regarding evaluation criteria and the long-term impacts of the PGD.
