Method: This is a quantitative, descriptive and documentary research, based on the Reports of Complaints on Services of Interest to Health, published by ANVISA, between 2015 and 2023. The data were collected, systematized in spreadsheets and analyzed by simple descriptive statistics. Results: It was identified that 157 of the 2,241 complaints received by ANVISA (7%) refer to LTCFs, with emphasis on the year 2019. The main irregularities subject to the complaints involve poor hygiene conditions, inadequate practices and failures in sizing and professional qualification. Most of these complaints were classified as priority P1, revealing high risk.
