Técnicas multivariadas exploratórias no estudo de metadados florísticos em florestas estacionais deciduais no Nordeste do Brasil. 2019. 40 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (graduação em Engenharia Florestal) - Unidade Acadêmica Especializada em Ciências Agrárias, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Macaíba, 2019.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/37322The Caatinga biome is present in almost every northeastern territory, being characterized by being xerophyte vegetation, capable of bearing high temperatures, with climate marked by two dry periods throughout the year, and has several forest formations such as semi-decidual forests and seasonally dry tropical forests popularly known as dry forest. A line of research developed is the ones that use metadata to correlate your data and demonstrate similarities between forests. In view of the above, this study aimed to analyze the phytogeography patterns of the Decidual Seasonal Forests in the Northeast region of Brazil, from an analysis of metadata of the tree flora. And elucidate the importance of the conservation of deciduous seasonal forests especially that found in the domains of the Jundiaí Agricultural School, which was used as the object of study. Data were obtained from research conducted on the structure of Park Forests of the Northeast in five different localities (Serra da Raiz/PB, Caruaru/PE, Serra Negra/PE, Serra das Almas/CE and Mata do Olho D'água/RN), published in specialized journals (Cordeiro et al. 2017; Alcoforado-Filho et al. 2003; Rodal and Nascimento 2006; Lima et al. 2007; Cestaro and Soares, 2004), respectively. After spreadsheeting of the presence and absence of species data, clustering and ordering analyses were performed in order to explore the metados to provide subsidies to conserve these forest formations. An analysis of agglomepool and hierarchical clustering was performed from an array of Jaccard dissimilarity distance and the use of the complete binding algorithm to make the dendrogram (Cluster). The ordering technique used was Dentrented correspondence analysis (DCA) and the software used to perform the calculations was the R version 3.5.0 by the Vegan package. The analysis by dendrogram allowed us to verify the existence of greater similarity between the Forest of the Eye of Water and the Forest of the Experimental station in Caruaru, The forest that presented less similarity was to the forest of the Natural Reserve of the Serra das Almas. The ordering diagram exposed by the DCA self-values table indicated two long gradients with self-values of 0.8953 and 0.6256. The Forest of the water eye represents a transition between the dry forests of Serra das Almas and Serra Negra (DCA1). On the second axis of the ordination (DCA2) interface between the Caruaru Forest and serra da Raiz. Multivariate cluster and ordering techniques are important tools in performing exploratory meta-data analyses, and can with them measure phytogeographic patterns in park forests, through the above in this work, it becomes evident the importance of conserving the Deciduous Seasonal Forests. With regard to Mata do Olho D'água, being the same extremely important for nature conservation in the municipality of Macaíba/RN, the remnant must be recognized and contemplated as part of the Legal Reserve of the Jundiaí Agricultural School (EAJ/UFRN).Attribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/CaatingaCaatingaNordesteNortheastDissimilaridadeDissimilarityTécnicas multivariadas exploratórias no estudo de metadados florísticos em florestas estacionais deciduais no Nordeste do BrasilbachelorThesis
