Method: Scoping review, following the PRISMA checklist. Search was carried out in eight data sources in April 2024. Results: 2.016 publications were found and 15 were selected after applying the eligibility criteria. The studies indicated that the most incident adverse events were those related to the clinical process/procedure and medication errors, furthermore, also showed which infections related to health care and associated with invasive devices are the most incident in ICUs.
