The most pronounced insertion of DSS inside an organization consists in an effective tool in the decision making process by firm's managers. From the exposed this present case study aims to show the impact of use of this type of system inside a beverage distribution company by means of unity's managers. This is done as of sales' simulation process and price's behavior of a management group of specific products.
