This service allows clients to receive their apartments as planned, without requiring major interventions after the handover of the keys. While advantageous for clients, this process is highly complex and requires efficient management from the construction company due to a substantial increase in information, which can lead to errors and rework during the execution of customizable apartments. This article presents strategies employed in a condominium that adopted this model, aiming to ensure product quality and maintain stability in the physical-financial construction schedule.
