Methods: prospective, longitudinal, quasi-experimental type. The populacion of this study was composed of 13 women with lower urinary tract symptons (LUTS), residents in the city of Natal/RN. The intervention was divided in to three stages: (a~0 evaluation: application of evaluation form and questionnaires; (b) intervention: exercise protocol and application; (c) revaluation: assessment form and application of questionnaires. Paired T-test was used for the analysis of the questionnaires ICIQ-FLUTS and WHOQOL in two phases (evaluation and revaluation). For analysis of question 1 and 2 of the WHOQOL questionnaire was used Wilcoxon test. Being considered a statistical significance of 5%. Results: there was improvement of emptying factors (p=0.009) and incontinence (p=0.03) of the questionnaire ICIQ-FLUTS, associated with the improvement to the psychological domain (p=0.02) of WHOQOL questionnaire. Conclusions: The proposed exercises protocol influences positively the filling factors and incontinence, improving not only the LUTS as well as quality of life.
