It has served as a humanized care model to the mother / low birth weight binomial, contributing to the reduction of neonatal morbidity and mortality. The need to training professionals from SUS to use this method throughout the country generated the demand for the use of technological mediation in the training process, from the availability of the course on the AVASUS platform. Adaptation and creation of specific methodology for these purposes was the central object of this study. To this, this study is based on an action research in order to detect training needs and pedagogical mediations of the target audience. Based on this foundation and the theoretical reference in education, it has created an innovative pedagogical methodology in the construction of technology-mediated courses for human health training, contributing to the improvement in process of course construction with technological mediation developed by the Laboratory of Innovation in Health Technology/SEDIS from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
