The research was of an exploratory and qualitative nature, developed through a documentary research. From this study we understand that the pedagogue is the articulator of the educational process, since its work is constituted by broad functions in several aspects, such as didactic-pedagogies related to the planning of course projects, attendance to students with difficulties. In the administrative-operational and legal aspects of education, which interconnect the organization of events, regulation of the political project, make meeting schedules; Organize teaching meetings and teacher training. And the subjective aspects that refers to the motivation of students with indiscipline and irregular frequency, meeting with parents, among others.
