The study consisted to evaluate working conditions and the risks of accidents in insalubrious activities, as well as verifying the safety aspects in accordance with the Regulatory Standard - NR 32, with regard to the establishment of basic guidelines for the implementation of protective measures the safety and health of workers in health services. The objective was to verify the working conditions of health professionals, identify the occurrence of accidents, verify the difficulties and adherence regarding the correct use of PPE's, in addition to verifying the safety measures adopted by these professionals and whether the ambience was safe for the risk of contamination. In an attempt to collect information that could answer some questions about problems related to health and safety at work in the hospital ambience, the qualitative method was used for an investigation in this study. Data collection was carried out through observations, photographic records and case reports. During the technical visit, some observations was carried out, such as: physical structures, lighting, ventilation, walls, roofs, organization of sectors, use / disuse of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protection equipment (CPE), in addition to the recognition of physical, chemical, biological, psychosocial and ergonomic risks in the health unit.
