The study investigated the sociodemographic profiles of the users, their access to hormone therapy, the use of non-pharmacological aesthetic methods, and their interest in gender-affirming surgeries. Results revealed that 71.54% of trans men have used or currently use hormones, with most initiating treatment under medical supervision. Additionally, 60.94% reported using aesthetic non pharmacological methods such as binders and packers. A significant interest in gender-affirming surgeries was also observed, although most participants had not yet undergone any procedures. The findings highlight the importance of specialized healthcare services and public policies that ensure comprehensive, safe, and respectful care for transgender individuals, emphasizing the need to expand access and raise awareness about safe gender affirmation practices.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/br/Pessoas TransgêneroHomens TransTransexualidadeProcedimentos de Afirmação de GêneroAssistência à Saúde Afirmativa de GêneroHormonização de Homens Trans no Ambulatório Transexual e Travesti de NatalHormonization of trans men and gender non-conforming individuals outpatient clinic of NatalbachelorThesisCIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM
