The management of an organization is linked to several scopes: people, documents, materials, equipment, services, among others. However, not all tools available in the market allow the integration and reuse of information in different sectors of a company in a customized and secure way, except the SIG and ERP systems, which despite meeting the needs mentioned above, in some cases have a high cost. This work's methodology was based on the usage of the kanban model, where tasks are launched on a board, keeping the following statuses: To Do, Doing, Review and Done, while also making use of a code versioner and a software development project manager as well, which intensified the usage of agile methodologies in the development. The goal in this work was to evidence the potential PoP-Inventory has in promoting the concept of integration and customization of information at its maximum level for the institution, at a low cost.
