In medical education, the Competency-Based syllabus must contain a description of the competences and skills that will be acquired by students throughout the course, which must be written as learning objectives. The aim of this study was to design specific skills in the area of Diagnostic Imaging in the Undergraduate Medical Education at the Escola Multicampi de Ciências Médicas do Rio Grande do Norte (EMCM-RN) a specialized unit at UFRN located in the city of CaicóRN. The present study was implemented in two stages: 1) organizing a literature search and document analysis; 2) designing a proposal for a Skills Matrix in the area of Diagnostic Imaging in the undergraduate medical school as an educational product. The results of this review indicated the absence of description of learning objectives in national literature. However, international documents had consensuses and guidelines published by Radiology Societies.
