Levantamento de base cartográfica adequada para cadastro territorial multifinalitário: uma análise de Barra de Tabatinga, Nísia Floresta (RN). Orientador: Dr. Silvio Braz de Sousa. 2025. 111f. Dissertação (Mestrado em Geografia) - Centro de Ciências Humanas, Letras e Artes, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/64101The Multipurpose Territorial Cadastre (CTM) has emerged as a modern tool for urban planning, gaining prominence over the past decade, mainly due to technological advancements that have enabled greater accessibility to highresolution data. These advancements are driven by the development of submetric orbital sensors, satellite positioning technologies, and the use of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS). This master's level research aims to evaluate data, techniques, and possibilities for employing the CTM as a risk management tool in the cliff areas of Barra de Tabatinga, located in the municipality of Nísia Floresta (RN), Brazil. The specific objectives are: 1) To build a geospatial database for the municipality of Nísia Floresta; 2) To assess the correlation between land use and land cover changes and environmental stability in cliff areas; 3) To evaluate methods and techniques for applying the CTM in the cliff areas of Tabatinga and to explore the potential for configuring it as a decision-support tool for local managers. The methodology includes data collection through Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS), specifically using the DJI Matrice 300 RTK model, which enables high planimetric accuracy. The collected data are processed using geoprocessing techniques to conduct a pilot study for the development of a CTM. The results indicate that the applied techniques were effective in mapping areas susceptible to risk and identifying irregular or inadequately located constructions, thus providing valuable input for impact mitigation strategies and promoting the sustainability and safety of coastal urban areas. The use of geospatial data processed in a Geographic Information System (GIS) environment, combined with the cartographic techniques presented in this study and integrated into multi-data analysis platforms and web services, provides public managers with a richer, more integrated, and in-depth analysis of the territorial reality.pt-BRAcesso AbertoÁrea costeiraCadastro Territorial Multifinalitário (CTM)GeotecnologiasFalésiasLevantamento de base cartográfica adequada para cadastro territorial multifinalitário: uma análise de Barra de Tabatinga, Nísia Floresta (RN)masterThesisCIENCIAS HUMANAS::GEOGRAFIA
