For that, the methodological procedures used were observation and semi-structured interviews. Thus, we follow the routine of the pedagogical coordinator of the Municipal School Maria de Lourdes de Lima, located in São Gonçalo do Amarante. For this reason, for the development and construction of this work, we use a consistent theoretical basis and referendum in the Brazilian pedagogical literature, thus identifying the following authors as interlocutors: André and Vieira (2006), Bruno and Abreu (2006), Brazil (2009), Freire (1994), Libaneo (2011), Lima and Santos (2007), Vasconcelos (2009) and (2011) among others. From this, we seek to reflect on the problems experienced by this professional of the school, always making references and articulating theory and practice.
