It highlights the importance of the pedagogical coordinator in a context of social and technological changes, where their intervention is essential to support teachers and students. The reflection emerged from the need to explore more about the role of the pedagogical coordinator, leading to an exploration of their contributions. It addresses relevant issues encountered during internship periods, discussing concepts and reflections on the challenges and problems of everyday school life. It emphasizes that emancipatory, inclusive, and liberating education depends on the contribution of the pedagogue, whether in coordination or in the classroom.
