Because of the rapid spread and contagion of this disease, measures such as social distancing and isolation had to be taken and, with this, the need to enable access to remote services, including health services. It is worth mentioning that the search for the service of physiotherapy professionals has increased considerably thanks to the sequelae left in COVID-19 patients and also because of the increase in cases of stroke. In addition, the scarcity of professional physiotherapists and their physiotherapeutic care services in small cities in Brazil, along with other problems that may arise making face-to-face care impossible, made remote care a viable way to democratize and facilitate access to this type of service. Given this context, a proposal will be presented for a prototype of a mobile platform that aims to be used as an aid tool in the development of physical therapy rehabilitation activities in remote format. The proposed method is based on rapid prototyping, which is divided into three stages, which are prototype, review and refine.
