2025. 113 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) - Curso de Administração, Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/63178The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between the use of strategic data and technostress in teams that adopt agile methodologies, focusing on the Scrum framework. The relevance of agile practices in the organizational context is highlighted, emphasizing their ability to promote flexibility, collaboration, and incremental value delivery. However, the challenges associated with the intensive use of information and communication technologies (ICT) are also emphasized, which can amplify technostress — a phenomenon characterized by information overload, technological complexity, and pressures for high performance. Adopting a descriptive and qualitative approach, the research was conducted with the technology team of the company Gentil Negócios. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire based on the Likert scale, seeking to evaluate factors related to technostress and well-being, the use of strategic data, and the interaction between these elements. The analysis of the responses identified patterns and explored correlations between the use of strategic metrics and technostress. The results obtained suggest that, although a slight positive trend was observed in the correlation between the use of strategic data and technostress, the Spearman coefficient (ρ=0.327, p=0.160) did not present statistical significance. Thus, it was not possible to conclusively confirm the effect of the use of strategic data on technostress. These findings indicate the need to investigate other factors, such as organizational support and the level of maturity in the use of agile methodologies, which may act as mediators in this relationship. This study contributes to the academic field by exploring the interface between technology, agile methodologies, and occupational health, offering theoretical and practical insights for managers and teams in improving agile practices and promoting more sustainable corporate environments.
