For many analysts , this process has shown satisfactory economic results , but it is required that the public official is cautious and knowledgeable of the process of regulation. The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, has dedicated its new hires for positions that carry out their activities end, transferring to the private service of some support activities . For this, a literature review was conducted on the topic of outsourcing , and collected data analysis in the Integrated Heritage System , Administration and Contracts ( SIPAC ) , comprising the years 2006 to 2013. In this process , it is observed that the staffing for the realization of services becomes more agile and abundant , however, the worker loses advantages that are inherent only to civil servants . The outsourcing phenomenon occurred in two specific sectors , the armed security sector and the general service sector.
