With this, many companies seek to improve their processes to acquire advantages in cost, time and quality in delivery. Through this, the Theory of Constraints, conceived by Israeli physicist Eliyahu Moshe Goldratt, states that every system has at least one limitation and that the final gain is directly related to the gain obtained from this constraint.
