Objective: To know and map the organizational work processes developed in a Maternity of the Ebserh Network by manager nurses. Method: The study was carried out in two stages: in the first, an integrative review was developed aiming to guide the theoretical basis of the work. In the second stage, a methodological study of the development of nursing management technology was carried out. Results: Regarding the integrative review, it was possible to show in the literature the work processes developed by nurses who work in the management of nursing services in the hospital environment, organized into two thematic categories: Managerial Work Processes and Managerial Tools. With regard to the development of management technology, it was possible to describe the mapping of work processes in the Nursing Division of a Maternity Hospital at EBSERH. Conclusion: The study carried out made it possible to propose a method of mapping the work process that is replicable for implementation, flexible, didactic and aligned with the strategic planning of EBSERH.
