Affective education should be the first concern of educators, because it is an element that determines the behavior, character and the child's cognitive activity. Thus, this study aimed to investigate which the contributions of affectivity in the school process in kindergarten. The methodological procedures that guided the research consisted in the construction of qualitative data through surveys of bibliographical analysis on articles, periodicals, brochures of early childhood education as Referential Curriculum for Early Childhood Education (RCNEI), among others. As a result, we find that affection is seen as the basis for the school promotes thinking people, improving living together in the family and social environment.
