Objective: The present study aimed to evaluate the positivity of parasitological fecal examinations (EPF) performed in the year two thousand and twenty (2020) of users of the Clínica da Saúde laboratory, located in the city of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Materials and Methods: Retrospective study, whose data were obtained from the database of the Clínica da Saúde, through the Siga Lab program. The variables analyzed were: age, sex and parasite found. Results and conclusions: The prevalence of parasitism was 10.6%. The age group with the highest number of parasitized individuals was adults (71.3%). Entamoeba histolytica/dispar was the most frequent parasite in positive tests (37.3%). Of the female patients (54%), 9.6% were positive for some enteroparasite, with the Entamoeba histolytica/dispar cyst being the most common. Among male patients (46%), 11.7% had some enteroparasite, with greater frequency also for Entamoeba histolytica/dispar cyst.
