In this context, a recurring challenge is process management, often hindered by the decentralization of activities across multiple independent tools, which makes it difficult for managers to effectively monitor and coordinate operations. To address this issue, this work proposes Prisma, a web system designed specifically for the reality of junior enterprises, bringing together in a single platform the functionalities required to manage their core processes. Rather than integrating external tools, Prisma implements its own modules to replace fragmented solutions, offering standardization, traceability, and greater organizational efficiency. Prisma includes management modules for the Selection Process (candidates, stages, grades, and notices), Projects (risks, goals, and members), Board (kanban-style activity management), Goals (indicator tracking), and Items (inventory). The system is accessible from internet-connected devices and was developed using the Spring Boot framework and the React JavaScript library.
