The Scoping Review method was used, with data collected on December 23, 2021, in 5 national and international databases, including: PubMed/Medline, Scopus, VHL/Lilacs, VHL/Bireme, Web of Science, using criteria of eligibility. 52 publications were selected out of 643 returned in the initial search. In the research, all titles and abstracts were coded, and it was possible to verify the highlighted words, such as “Patient Safety” and “Primary Care”, which make up the first two categories. The main findings are related to the categories culture, practices, employees and services. The global relevance of the theme that addresses Patient Safety in Primary Health Care is evident.
