The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized this area, allowing for greater agility, precision and reduction of bias in selection processes. This study, a systematic literature review based on the PRISMA protocol, analyzed how AI is being integrated into recruitment and selection. The results show that machine learning algorithms have optimized tasks such as CV screening and behavioral analysis, providing benefits such as reduced costs and increased objectivity in hiring. Despite this, ethical and technical challenges, such as the need to calibrate algorithms and data protection, highlight the importance of balancing automation and humanization in selection processes.
