Method: This research is an integrative literature review using a qualitative approach from secondary sources, using the following databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Virtual Health Library (VHL) and CAPES Periodicals. The data was analyzed using Bardin's Content Analysis. Results: 16 articles that met the previously established criteria were analyzed. After analyzing the articles, it was possible to classify them into two categories: 1) Difficulties and barriers in Primary Care involving health care for indigenous people; 2) The organization of the work process in Primary Care for health care for the indigenous population.
