For that purpose, it is necessary to know the main toxic substances present in electrical and electronic products and how they impact the environment and human health, to know the current reality of the university with regard to the electronic waste management system that is being adopted and show some possible measures to be implemented or adapted for the same. Then, realized an exploratory quanti-qualitative research is carried out based on national and international bibliographies, with data collected in the institution's information systems.
