To this end, market research was carried out, of a quantitative nature, with the public residing in this new market and with potential customers from other cities, chosen at random, with distribution preferably among groups made up of tourists. The research returned 98 questionnaires, where various aspects were evaluated, including preferences for types of vehicles, service issues and service prices. PNBOX, a Business Plan system provided by SEBRAE, was also used, mainly for the financial analysis of the business, obtaining several important indicators to be used by the company owner in decision making.
